3. At least, one big inspection of any oil firms base on the sea, no matter the price of these operations
4. Help undeveloped country to take care of water resources
5. Make the people aware of the situation and how it will go if they don't change the way they act.
6. Serious punishment for water polluters (only recidivists)
7. Sea Water desalinization.
8. Put courses about recycle in education to make children familiar with it.
9. Distribute filters to people who don't have enough money to buy them.
